Last month we were delighted to be contacted by Sarah and Ellie at Ayscoughfee Hall Cafe about their website.
We have been to the gardens and ‘the hall’ many times over the years, and been into the cafe too. They have completely renovated it into something much warmer and more inviting.
One meeting, and the website work begins
After an initial meeting over some rather lovely coffee and a homemade teacake, we came up with a proposal and they were super pleased with it. Within a few weeks, the new website was completed.
Getting them in the paper
We had a few connections in the media and was able to introduce them to local Travel Blogger and Journalist, Trish Burgess. In early December we met up to give Trish the full tour, and go through their story of how the ‘new management’ came about, and this has turned into a Newspaper article.

There are many more photos taken by Trish on the Spalding Today website, plus on her own website to which we will add a link when it is live. This is the link to her Mums Gone To article.
They are such lovely people at the Cafe. To learn their story of how this all came about – mostly through childhood memories and love for the place.
A great new website with our stella support
We love Ayscoughfee Hall itself so to create and now host and support the website is really special to us. A few things that we find most notable here:
- great staff – they are always cheerful and helpful (well they picked the right designers, so can’t be all bad!)
- doggy friend: you can take your pooch into the cafe for your teas, coffee or meal
- location: gorgeous spot in the hidden world of the Ayscoughfee Hall gardens… and when it snows, it’s a wonderland.
They chose us for their website as we provide Website Design in Spalding, and they wanted a company that is both reliable and professional, but also personable. As well as Cafes, we also provide Restaurant Website Designer services, for downloading menus, galleries of your food and much more.
The Lincolnshire Free Press Facebook has also publish the article – though this link shows it, after a while it may be scrolled down a few pages.
