We run helpwildlife.co.uk, aiming to provide those who find injured wildlife with advice and a directory of wildlife rescues. But my background is in animal care, not websites! When we were having an issue with email delivery I contacted a few places for quotes to help us sort it out. Simon is incredibly helpful and responsive! I had been searching for someone to help solve some strange goings-on with my Woocommerce site (which my previous hosting had told me was based on database errors). In fact, their hosting (123-reg) was 100% to blame for the errors, which Simon showed me after migrating my Wordpress site to his Hosting and Servers. Within the space of a couple of hours he had moved my site, got Woocommerce working, and the whole site was working really fast for the first time (ever). WOW! I was asked what I thought of this service.  It has really impressed me. The design is better too actually, but the service itself is amazing.  I always recommend them to business friends who need websites.  I liked Weebly, but Wordpress is def better for our Google position.

Wordpress (WP) training with 79Design was provided by one-to-one tutorials with Simon M Lewis.

Each session was delivered in easy to follow steps with simple instructions which not only helped in understanding elementary IT terminology such as Search Engine Optimisations (SEO) but also helped in taking an active personal role in improving my web presence.

Editing WP is now a regular maintenance activity which I can do with reasonable confidence following the initial training.

“A wizard with Wordpress”….

The attention to detail and the huge amount of support is what makes 79Design an excellent company. Throughout the whole process of creating my new website I would ask questions and always receive a speedy reply.

It was back in April when we decided we must have a church website. We obtained several quotes and we chose Simon at 79DESIGN because he responded promptly, was very easy to talk to, quickly grasped what we wanted, and seemed to cope with our need for the idiot’s guide to creating a website. In the ensuing months Simon has been great – patient, a good listener and not afraid to make suggestions and he has enabled us to create something that has a sense of the ethos of our church and its place in the community.

This company now continues to support our website, having built it from the ground up.

I went to Simon, having easily found 79Design on Google with the intention of solving a few issues I was having developing the website for the Just Add ™ brand.
