Does someone need Web Design HTML Training?

HTML training can be found online.  Learning various steps.  But sometimes you just want someone to sit down with you, a member of your family, or member of your class, who is perhaps struggling, and go through the basics.

Do they know what a “header tag” is?

Have they been taught about H1?  How many there should be per page…?

Have they been shown “hyperlinks” and various options associated with them?

Although to many, these are the “back to drawing board” basics, they are also where we all sorted in website design.  To design, you need to know the code.  Then you can do some very clever stuff!
