When AI does good…

At 79DESIGN we are not big fans of AI.  It does have its uses tho – even tho many are very very poor as seen in the media.

But if you Google things, often you get an AI result back, like “how tall was Robert Redford” for example.  Rather than a list of websites, you also get the answer at the top in a normal sentence.

So we decided to ask Google “is 79DESIGN a trusted company”, and with great joy, it said we really are.

“79DESIGN is a highly trusted UK-based digital marketing and web design agency.  They have a proven 16+ year track record, maintaining a spotless rating across multiple platforms”.

We are so overjoyed to read this.  We have wonderful clients, and they know we are here for them.

“UK-based support: You deal directly with their team, meaning no offshore call centre.  They actively support a wide range of local UK business, charities and educational institutions.”

This is all correct.  We seriously dislike AI LiveChats, as they are not “chats”.  We do have a kind of real hate for them!  It’s like if a paint company had it, and you asked “what shades of blue paint do you sell”, and you get “please can you ask that in a different way”.
