Victoria from Charles and Dean got in touch with us via our Livechat service, as she needed help in understand how to run their website better, improve how they operate the SEO on the website, using Blogs and more.
We booked in an afternoon session and visited her workplace.
After some technical and access issues to areas of WordPress (it can be an issue if you don’t have full admin access to your website for areas like Widgets and certain settings), we went through Gallery usage, and other system tools that makes certain methods work really nicely.
We moved some blog posts to new categories, reducing what wasn’t needed on the website. We also ran through SEO and how to improve these areas.
It was a fulfilling exercise, the result of which means they can now create better WordPress Blog posts, improve the SEO on these posts, and help with image layouts.
