How much is a website?

A question we are asked regularly. It varies, but thankfully now we have an online quotation builder.
You just tell us how many pages you want, if you have a logo or need one making, your social media preferences and so on.

We ask if you have a budget in mind, along with start and preferred deadline (if you have one), and then we give you the quotation based on your entries (not on your budget).  Who knows our price maybe lower than your budget.  If not, don’t hesitate to query it, we can often get close or meet your budget by making tweaks!

Is it easy to setup Google Merchant Shopping, so I can see my products through Google’s Shopping Tab?

Yes it is – with our website system we can setup a feed on your website in one of two ways:

  1. you upload a small file taken from your website to Google, periodically (when you know there are changes) and this gets accepted over the course of a few days
  2. a synchronisation occurs so that a very active website updates to Google daily, showing your current photos and prices (this option costs more than option 1).

We can set this up for you within your current website, or on a brand new platform with us.

Can I add Livechat to my website?

Yes you can.  We can do that for you.  It takes between 15 and 30 minutes to implement a Livechat service on your website.  There are costs associated with the install, but there are no monthly costs.  However, if you wish to upgrade the service, to includes things like ‘triggers’ or further widget customisation, this costs from £25 per month.

Depending on the platform, and setup, yes we can support existing websites.  There are times when the system used is not one we support, but we would need to see the website and the ‘back end’ of the website to establish this for you.

What if I need support at 7pm?

Although our office lines close at 5.30pm (Mon – Fri), our clients have a dedicated number to call at practically anytime.  We respond to emails up until late, and our mobile number is always on to our valued clients.  They feel we are always available to them.

We had an instance one summer recently, where a client tried to get through to us, and the person they needed to talk to was on holiday.  But even while there, they managed to restore that client’s website, after they (the client) actually caused an issue to take it down completely.  We worked with the website hosts, at on a holiday, we restored it within an hour of it crashing.

That’s service… and commitment!
