Although our office lines close at 5.30pm (Mon – Fri), our clients have a dedicated number to call at practically anytime. We respond to emails up until late, and our mobile number is always on to our valued clients. They feel we are always available to them.
We had an instance one summer recently, where a client tried to get through to us, and the person they needed to talk to was on holiday. But even while there, they managed to restore that client’s website, after they (the client) actually caused an issue to take it down completely. We worked with the website hosts, at on a holiday, we restored it within an hour of it crashing.
That’s service… and commitment!
