Just BB Guns’ new support system, created by 79DESIGN had it’s Ireland support area go live today.
www.justbbguns.ie is now using www.jbbgsupport.com to manage ALL it’s support services.
The team now has a far better way to manage all messages to and from it’s customers, with positive feedback already coming through from both parties.
It really is a new dawn in the support side of Just BB Guns, and we are proud to have built the system from the ground up.
Update: This system was developed to allow their Ireland customers to post their Tickets on the system, independently of the UK website’s tickets. So the management could filter the tickets for different websites.
It was quite a demand on this website, but as it was a bespoke design, we could do practically anything with it, and as a result we made it work. It was a dropdown menu to switch the “website” in use at any given time. Alas today this website is not in operation as these websites have built in ticket tools as part of WordPress.
